This is What Incriminated the Accused in JIS Sexual Harassment Case
The Judicial Panel of the South Jakarta District Court revealed some incriminating points for the two men accused of sexual harassment case from Jakarta International School (JIS), Neil Bantleman and Ferdinand Tjiong . It’s known that there’s six points incriminating the two accused men.
“The defendant did not confess. The defendant is not remorseful for their actions,” said Judge Nur Aslam when reading the JIS sexual harassment case verdict, Thursday (04/02/2015)
In the verdict, Judge Nur Aslam explained that the defendants never regretted or apologized for their actions that have damaged the victims physically and psychologically – and has damaged their futures as well. The Judicial Panel also rates the defendants’ actions as not worthy for an educator.
Not just that, the Judicial Panel also evaluates that the two defendants gave a confusing testimony that made the trial more difficult. Neil and Ferdinand also allegedly disclosed incorrect information to the people.
‘The defendants have acted to shape the opinions of others by giving incorrect information to outside parties in the form of writing or oral, before and after the trial,’ explained Judge Hakim Nur Aslam at the South Jakarta District Court.
In fact, the Judicial Panel have explained to the defendants that the trial was closed from public, even until the verdict. The Judicial Panel also assesses that Neil and Ferdinand’s actions have tarnished the good name of JIS.
For information, Neil Bantleman and Ferdinand Tjiong are sentenced to 10 years in jail, with a fine of IDR 100 million of which can be subsidized by an additional 6 months of jail time. They have obtained the sentence for violating Article 82 of Law No. 23 of 2002 regarding Child Protection.
Comments from Kaskus:
Tell them to masturbate using balsam so the nerves on their genitals is dead.
If they truly are the perpetrators… I hope someone cuts of their genitals in prison!
What about the one that was an office boy? Is that a different case?
Let’s see who’s going to cut off the genitals.
I feel sorry for the defendants.
Just castrate them.
Who’s wrong and who’s right in this case?
It’s proven, but they still don’t want to admit. There’s no way the students’ parents conspire against JIS. Paris Hotman is also a fool, why defend a pedophile.
What do you think?
